George W. Bush as Bruce Wayne? Pass me some of that Kool-Aid… Part I
I guess that fateful landing on the aircraft carrier U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln just wasn’t enough for some people. I must admit it was breathtaking; yet, breathtaking can be highly overrated—like when the bottom drops out of a really big thrill ride and you know you are plunging to your death, or someone grabs you from behind in the dark, or you truly believe you have lost your purse, the one that contains every card you ever owned… Those are breath-taking moments—the kind I choose to opt-out on… I am still trying to get my head around Bush as the Caped Crusader–cloaked maybe, but caped? Wow… I guess I just never thought of W. as the accomplished action-figure-hero-type. Then again, I can learn…
